Purchases That Do Not Earn Points
- Orders placed as a guest without connecting the Rewards account
- 7 Brew gift-card purchases
- Items purchased using points or other promotional items
- Third-party delivery orders through services such as DoorDash, Grubhub or Uber Eats
- Delivery fees, surcharges, gratuities and transactional taxes

How to Redeem 1,000 Points for a Free Drink
- Confirm that at least 1,000 points are available in your account.
- Select one eligible small, medium or large beverage at a participating US stand.
- Tell the Brewista you want to redeem points or follow the app prompt before completing payment.
- Review any location-specific availability or customization conditions.
- Complete the redemption; points are subtracted when the reward is requested.
Points earned in a transaction must be redeemed in a later transaction, not the same one. Only one Rewards account can be used in a single transaction, and Rewards cannot be redeemed through third-party delivery platforms.
Rewards Prices, Sizes and Customizations
A 1,000-point beverage reward covers one eligible small, medium or large drink under the current official terms. This is not a fixed nationwide cash value. Menu prices, premium ingredients, milk alternatives, extra shots, add-ons and other customizations may vary by location, and some products may be unavailable. An account may be terminated after two years or more without a qualifying purchase, which also removes unused points, rewards and Member Benefits. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or combined across accounts.

- New points have not posted: allow at least 24 hours in some cases and keep the receipt.
- A delivery order earned nothing: third-party delivery purchases are not qualifying purchases.
